Our Conveyancing Fees – Simple & Transparent

We understand that clients want certainty when it comes to legal costs. That’s why we offer all-inclusive, fixed conveyancing fees—including GST and standard disbursements.

Our fee structure is different from most. There are no hidden costs, unless you ask for additional services.

If the Deal Falls Through:

  • Before the agreement becomes unconditional (e.g. failed finance or building report):
    We may charge a $250 processing fee, plus any KiwiSaver fees and actual expenses (like title searches).

  • After the agreement is unconditional:
    Full fees apply.

Standard Residential Conveyancing Fees

(for one property with up to one mortgage)

  • Refinance: $1,050

  • Sale: $1,582

  • Purchase: $1823

All fees include GST, typical disbursements, and LINZ fees.
These apply to straightforward transactions—additional charges may apply for more complex matters.

Extra Charges (If Applicable)

  • $250 – Cross-lease, unit/apartment property

  • $150 – Tenanted property

  • $250 – Corporate client or trust

  • $250 – Second-tier lenders

  • $250 – Private sale

  • $250 – Overseas-based clients

  • $150 – KiwiSaver processing (per application)

  • $500 – Turn-key builds, off-plan, or long-term building contracts
