• No new Job Check needed if the role and location remain unchanged

• Job Checks required only for changes in role or work location

3. Employee Quota Considerations

• AEWV holders transferring to new employers count towards the 5-employee quota under standard accreditation

• Employers exceeding this limit should apply for high-volume accreditation before Job Change applications
