EOI Expiration Timeline
Parent Category EOIs expire two years after submission.
EOIs submitted between October and early November 2022 are now beginning to expire.

Automated Emails: An automated email will be sent the day after an EOI expires, providing guidance on submitting a new EOI for the next ballot.
Proactive Outreach: INZ is contacting customers whose EOIs are nearing expiration before draw dates, offering information on withdrawal and resubmission processes.
Key Actions for November 2024 Draw
To be considered for the November draw, applicants must complete the following by 31 October 2024:
Eligibility Check: Ensure both you and your sponsor still meet the eligibility requirements.
EOI Withdrawal (if necessary): Contact INZ to withdraw your current EOI. Remember, you can only have one EOI in the ballot at a time.
New EOI Submission: Submit a new EOI and pay the required fee.
How to Withdraw Your EOI
To withdraw a current EOI, contact INZ and provide your EOI and Client Number.
Important Reminder: Only one EOI per applicant is allowed in the ballot at any given time.
