  1. Post Study Work Visa (PSWV) Changes

New Eligibility Criteria:

  • More Green List qualifications accepted

  • Consecutive qualification pathways are now eligible

  • 12-month application window from the initial student visa expiry

Example Scenario: Students completing a PGDip (30 weeks) followed by a Master's degree can apply for PSWV within 12 months of their PGDip visa expiry.
