Nisha Rajendran

Nisha has recently joined Surani Associates and practises exclusively in immigration law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology and is currently pursuing the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice at Toi Ohomai.

 Nisha brings over seven years of specialised experience as an Immigration Officer and Senior Technical Adviser with Immigration New Zealand, where she developed an in-depth understanding of immigration policies, processes, and visa categories. She also provided technical advice to Immigration Officers and conducted second-person checks of applications before visa approval. This valuable experience allows her to guide our clients in preparing decision-ready applications with confidence and precision.

 Known for her attention to detail, ability to manage complex immigration matters, and commitment to delivering clear, effective solutions, Nisha ensures each client’s application is strategically presented to maximise the chances of a positive outcome.

 Originally from India and living in New Zealand for the past 10 years, Nisha is passionate about helping migrants achieve their dreams. She is fluent in English, Tamil, and Telugu, bridging cultural and language gaps to provide clients with personalised support throughout their immigration journey.
