New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA)
Some travelers can use an NZeTA to visit New Zealand without applying for a visa. The need for an NZeTA depends on your passport, how you are traveling, and whether you are visiting or just transiting through the country.
With an NZeTA you can:
Travel to New Zealand or transit through Auckland International Airport without applying for a visa.
Stay in New Zealand for up to 3 months, or up to 6 months if you are a UK citizen.
Things To Note:
If you are already in New Zealand and wish to extend your stay, you must apply for a visa instead of an NZeTA.
If you have a valid New Zealand visa, you do not need an NZeTA.
