Eligibility Criteria:
You must hold an Entrepreneur Work Visa.
Your business must have been operational in New Zealand for at least 6 months.
You need to own at least 25% of the business.
Key Requirements:
Business Viability: Your business must be profitable or show the potential to be profitable within 12 months.
Economic Contribution: Your business should contribute to New Zealand’s economic growth, such as by introducing new technology, creating jobs, or expanding export markets.
Capital Investment: You must invest the amount specified in your business plan, with a minimum of NZD 500,000 if your business is less than 2 years old.
Compliance: Your business must adhere to New Zealand’s employment and immigration laws, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions.
